Art camp is geared to school children ages 6 and up. If your child is under the age of 6 we would strongly recommend you enroll them in a half-day session. Children born after March 1, 2019 are not eligible for summer art camp.

Get ready, Swifties! This week is all about art, music, and creativity. Each day, young artists will design projects inspired by Taylor’s iconic eras — from glittering “Fearless” vibes to bold “Reputation” designs and dreamy “Lover” colors.
Kids will paint, craft, and create their own Swiftie masterpieces while listening to their favorite Taylor hits. On the last day, we’ll celebrate with a mini Eras Tour art show where campers can showcase their work for friends and family!
Whether your child loves Taylor, loves art, or both — this camp will be a blank space for their imagination to run wild. ✨
Take your creativity to new heights at our Wicked Defying Gravity Art Camp, where young artists will explore the magical world of Wicked through painting, crafts, and spellbinding projects inspired by the Emerald City! Join us for an unforgettable experience at our kids art camp!
Cheers N Paint Summer Camp experience!
Each week of Kid’s Camp includes completely different and INCREDIBLY FUN activities!
Campers will begin the week decorating and customizing their very own camp shirt for the week. Your child will have a great time creating acrylic paintings which center around our “theme of the week”.
We have so many activities for your child such as making tie-dye shirts, creating 2D and 3D art projects, games, rock art/painting, chalk art, painting their favorite “stuffed” pet, building a fictional land, and so much more (we want to keep a few surprises for the kiddo’s).
We are very customer focused! Activities may change based on each camper’s tastes, time constraints, or just because we are having waaay tooooo much fun doing something else!
Bring a friend or come and make new ones! Our art studio is spacious, air-conditioned, and perfect for hot summer days!
We go over and above when sanitizing our studio in between classes. Camp enrollment is limited for everyone’s comfort. So, rest assured that your children are well cared for and safe.

get to know our Summer Art Teachers!
Ava
Ava is a recent NCSU graduate with a degree in Design and Animation. Ava has been a summer counselor at Cheers N Paint for several years. Since graduation Ava has joined the studio as an artistic instructor and often teaches the Little Splatters classes as well as private parties.
Lauren
Lauren is the Operations and Event Manager for Cheers N Paint Art Studio. She is responsible for all studio activities and is the head of the summer camp program. Lauren has a BA degree in Visual Arts with concentrations in graphic design and elementary education. College intern as event planner for campus activities.
Tarah
Tarah is returning as a summer camp counselor for a third year. She loves art and is majoring in Fine Arts at UNC Pembroke and is a rising sophomore. In addition to art, Tarah has a passion for photography.
Logan
This is Logan's first year at Cheers N Paint Art Camp. He graduated from AB Tech with an art degree in Graphic Design. His favorite art medium is digital illustration, but he also enjoys photography. Logan is a native of Asheville but moved down the mountain to Apex after Hurricane Helene.
Sakhyata
This is Sakhyata's first year as a summer art counselor at Cheers N Paint.
Lily
This is Lily's first year as a summer art counselor at Cheers N Paint. She is a rising high school senior who enjoys playing sports and drawing. She loves to volunteer in her community and help with her church youth group.
